- All Passengers must Carry Valid Photo ID Proof at the time of Boarding.
- No Accommodation and Meals are offered to passengers of a cancelled Flight.
- Weather conditions play an important role in flight operations
- Due to Technical Snag flights may not operate
- As its an unscheduled flight, the time and date can change due to various circumstances.
- Full Refund of the Ticket in case of Flight Cancelled or Alternate date Subject to Availability will be provided
- Name Change is not permitted once PNR is Generated
- Please follow the safety instructions given at HELIPAD.
- For safe Helicopter flying it is imperative that weight restrictions parameter are followed and adhered requested all passengers to cooperate with Staff in this regard
- Official on Duty at Site shall be final Binding.
- No Transportation will be provided in case of Flight Cancellation
- We recommend you to report at Least 1 hour prior to Departure
- Free Checked in Baggage Allowance one Piece Weighing up to 5kgs
- Security Search is Compulsory
- At any Time after Booking has been made we may change our Schedule/Cancel/Post phone or Delay any Flight where we reasonable consider to be justified by circumstances beyond our control

- 24 Hours Prior to Departure 20%
- Less than 24 hours 50%
- No Show 100%
- Cancellation due to Weather or Technical Reasons 0%
